"I submitted a quote for insurance for me and my new teen driver the company I was with was charging me over $450 a month. Araceli sent me a text with a quote right away. It was way lower than any other quotes I had received from other insurances. I called her she was very professional and I explained what the situation was. She was thorough and explained how our new policy would work. She looked to help me get any discounts I could to make my premiums lower as we know teen drivers insurance is alot of money. She was extremely helpful and very personable. I wish we had more representatives like her to make stressful situations like these be so much easier and less of a headache. Super grateful to her."

"I just switched my home and auto insurance to StateFarm and worked with Juliana Velez's office, specifically Ale Diaz who was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. She spent hours with me reviewing different policy combinations and options to try to figure our what would yield the best policy at the lowest price. This exercise was especially time-consuming as I needed to figure out what to do with a new teen driver that was increasing my premiums dramatically with Geico. Overall great customer experience and patience!!"
